When you are the richest man in the entire country, you have to make sure that you and your family members are safe from any threat on the road. For this, the Ambani family, headed by Mukesh Ambani, is regularly seen being driven around the country in bulletproof cars. Recently, the family was at the Women's Premier League match of Mumbai Indians and UP Warriorz, and while leaving, it was noted that they left in not 1, not 2, but a total of 3 bulletproof vehicles.
The video showing the Ambani family's convoy with the bulletproof cars leaving the cricket stadium has been shared on YouTube by CS12 Vlogs on their channel. It starts off with a shot of a white, latest-generation Range Rover police escort vehicle, followed by another latest-generation Range Rover Autobiography LWB finished in the classy shade of Portofino Blue.
Next up in the convoy is an older-generation Range Rover escort, two police MG Glosters, and a Discovery. Following this, we can note the silver BMW 7-Series High Security, which was previously the main car of Mukesh Ambani. This particular vehicle, back in the day, was the first vehicle to fully comply with VR7 ballistic protection standards. At the time, it was priced at Rs 8.9 crore.

Soon after this, we can note another security Range Rover and then another bulletproof sedan. This particular one is the W221 generation Mercedes-Benz S 600 L Guard sedan, which is currently being used by Nita Ambani. This particular vehicle boasts the signature “333” registration number, which also used to be the primary vehicle of Mukesh Ambani in 2013 and was bought for around Rs 10 crore.
Moving on to the other cars in the lineup, this S 600 L Guard was being followed by white and blue Mercedes-Benz V-Class MPVs. Of these two, the blue V-Class is bulletproof. The convoy also has another blue V-Class, which possibly could also be bulletproof. Other cars in this convoy include Mercedes-Benz GLS, Toyota Fortuners, Toyota Innova Crystas, and a Ford Endeavour.

The two bulletproof sedans seen in the video—the BMW 7-Series High Security and the Mercedes-Benz S 600 L Guard—are older cars that have been serving in the Ambani family fleet for over 10 years. Every time there is a newer and safer bulletproof vehicle in the market, it replaces the old ones in the family, especially the ones used by Mukesh Ambani.

Currently, the family owns not one, not two, but a total of 4 Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Guard sedans. One is finished in black, one in white, one is gold, and the last one is silver. Each of these S 680 Guards is priced at Rs 10 crore. These sedans are VPAM VR10 certified, which is the pinnacle of ballistic certification for civilian vehicles.
The Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Guard also features a reinforced body shell made of special steel and is equipped with multi-layer, bullet- and blast-proof glass that is approximately 3.5 to 4 inches thick. It also comes powered by a massive 6.0-litre bi-turbo V12 engine that produces 612 bhp and 830 Nm of torque.

Apart from these, Anant Ambani, Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son, also recently added a bulletproof Rolls-Royce Cullinan to his fleet. This is the first bulletproof Rolls-Royce Cullinan in the country, and he was recently seen being driven around in it.
