The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, more commonly known as the G-Wagen, is one of the most hyped luxury SUVs in India. A number of celebrities and business tycoons own this SUV, and most recently, the popular Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has bought himself a brand-new Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG worth Rs 4.5 crore. Prior to this, he also recently got his Toyota Fortuner Type 1 modified using a Lexus-styled body kit as well.
The images showing Arshdeep Singh's brand-new Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen have been shared on Instagram by him. In these images, the fast bowler can be seen posing with the all-new G-Wagen in front of his residence. He was accompanied by his parents, sister, and brother-in-law. He was seen sitting on the bonnet of his SUV, and his family members were standing next to him.

Now, coming to the details of the G-Wagen bought by Arshdeep Singh, the cricketer has bought the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, which is the top-of-the-line variant of this SUV. It is priced at Rs 4.3 crore (on-road, Chandigarh). As for the color, Singh has chosen the classy shade of Obsidian Black on the outside, and the interior is finished in bright red leather.
As mentioned, the G63 AMG is the most expensive variant in the G-Wagen lineup. Its main highlight is the massive 4.0-litre V8 engine, which gets not one but two turbos. In total, it makes 577 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. These numbers are very impressive, as they help this 2.6-ton SUV reach from 0–100 kmph in just 4.4 seconds.

In terms of design, the G-Wagen gets the iconic circular headlights, boxy body, 22-inch alloy wheels, and the rear tailgate-mounted spare wheel. The main reason that the G-Wagen is famous is because it is based on the military SUV that was designed for the army. A lot of Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities own a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG.
As mentioned above, before taking delivery of his new G-Wagen, Arshdeep Singh got his family's old Toyota Fortuner Type 1 modified using a Lexus-styled body kit. This particular SUV has been fully transformed from the outside as well as the inside. On the outside, it gets the massive Lexus-like grille, new LED headlights, and new front and rear bumpers.
Meanwhile, on the inside, the complete interior has been finished in beige leather with diamond quilting. The steering wheel has also been changed, and the upper portion of the dashboard is finished in navy blue leather, which gives it a unique appearance.
Earlier this year, in May 2025, Arshdeep Singh also gifted his mother a brand-new Tata Curvv coupe SUV. He was seen reaching the Tata dealership with his parents and then cutting the cake after unveiling the SUV. He also clicked pictures with the dealership staff as well. Arshdeep Singh chose the dual-tone Pure Grey color for his mother's gift. Which exact engine option he has chosen has not been reported.
