A lot of people in cities like Delhi are switching from petrol and diesel cars to electric. Recently, one such owner of a Ford Endeavour shared his honest thoughts and opinions on buying a Mahindra XEV 9S. He highlighted that he chose the Mahindra XEV 9S over the Toyota Fortuner and Innova. The owner also revealed the exact timeline in which he received his XEV 9S along with the price.
The ownership video review of the Mahindra XEV 9S electric SUV has been shared on YouTube by Deepansh Arora on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger introducing the owner of the Mahindra XEV 9S. Following the introduction, the vlogger then starts asking the owner a series of questions about the XEV 9S electric SUV.

The first question which the host asked the owner was about his decision to buy the Mahindra XEV 9S. To which the owner replies that he used to own a Ford Endeavour which was seven years old and wanted to get it off before the 10-year ban rule on diesel cars was applied to his vehicle. He then mentions that he was looking to buy the Toyota Fortuner or the Innova.
However, despite having the budget of Rs 40–50 lakh, in his opinion, the Fortuner’s price was not justified. Hence, he did not opt for the Fortuner and started looking at other options. The owner then mentions that he was interested in getting an electric SUV but did not buy the XEV 9E because he wanted to buy a seven-seater SUV, and when the XEV 9S was launched, he finalized it.

Following this, the owner was asked about the price and delivery timeline of this electric SUV. To this, he replied that although the company and dealership are claiming that there is a waiting period of 1–2 months, he received his XEV 9S after 15 days, and he also did manage to negotiate a deal on the insurance and did not buy any additional accessories.
Next up, the vlogger then started asking the owner about the exact details of his XEV 9S. After which, the owner replies that he has bought the Pack Three Above top-of-the-line variant, which was priced at Rs 32 lakh. And as there is no registration tax on EVs in Delhi, he only had to pay a fee of Rs 25,000.
The vlogger then asked the owner about the range of this vehicle. To which he replies that since taking its delivery, he has driven it over 300 km and has 170 km left and has not charged it once. Additionally, he added that he has bought the 11 kW charger, which has been installed in his home, and it takes around 6–7 hours to fully charge the battery.

Speaking more in detail about his XEV 9S, the owner highlighted that he is fully satisfied with his purchase. He mentions that he has driven this SUV in all the different modes and the vehicle feels planted at any speed. Additionally, the suspension of this vehicle is amazing, as it is adaptive. He also mentions that it comes loaded with features.
In the video, the owner also demonstrated the auto park and remote forward and reverse features as well. The owner concludes by stating that currently he has not noted any negatives about this vehicle, as it is still very new.
