The billionaire chairman and managing director of Raymond Group, Gautam Singhania, after bashing the Italian supercar manufacturer Lamborghini for a long time was recently spotted test driving the brand-new Rs 6 crore Lamborghini Temerario hybrid supercar in Mumbai. This particular Temerario was sent by Lamborghini to him for test drive. He was being followed by his security convoy of Toyota Fortuner and Mahindra Scorpios.
The video showing Gautam Singhania behind the steering wheel of his Lamborghini Temerario has been shared on YouTube by CS12 Vlogs on their channel. In this short clip, the billionaire Raymond Group CEO can be seen driving the Temerario at night. He was being followed by his security convoy, which consists of a Toyota Fortuner and three Mahindra Scorpio with police stickers, before entering a building's parking lot.

The Lamborghini Temerario is the latest supercar from the brand, which is the replacement for the Huracan. This new model starts at Rs 6 crore, and Gautam Singhania was recently provided one for test drive by Lamborghini finished in the classy shade of Blu Astraeus with contrasting silver alloy wheels.

In terms of design, the new Lamborghini Temerario boasts a slightly more refined yet still aggressive design than the Huracan, which it has replaced. At the front, it gets sleek LED headlights, hexagonal LED DRLs, and a sharp front bumper. Being the entry-level supercar, it does not get the iconic scissor doors as the V12 model. As for the wheels, it comes with a staggered set of 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloy wheels.

Powering the Lamborghini Temerario is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 motor. This motor alone is capable of producing 800 bhp and 730 Nm torque and redlines at 10,000 rpm. However, taking things up a notch, this supercar also gets three electric motors, which take its power up to 920 bhp and torque up to 800 Nm. It is currently one of the most powerful supercars on sale in India.

As mentioned above, Gautam Singhania test driving a Lamborghini is quite surprising, as over the last few years since the launch of the flagship V12 engine-powered Revuelto, he has been criticising the brand online. It all started back in 2023 when he took out the Revuelto test vehicle for a drive. He reported that during the test drive, the car suffered from a complete electrical failure, and it broke down on the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (Atal Setu).

Following which, it had to be transported back to the Lamborghini dealership on a flatbed. Soon after this incident, Gautam Singhania started blasting Lamborghini online on social media platforms, expressing his shock and concern over the breakdown. He questioned the reliability of the multicrore supercar and stated that he had already heard of three other Revueltos breaking down within 15 days of delivery.
Singhania even went ahead and tweeted that he was shocked at the arrogance of Lamborghini's leadership in India. He named Lamborghini India's head, Sharad Agarwal, and Francesco Scardani (Asia head). Singhania claimed that not one official had reached out or even understood the customer issue. During the entire feud, Lamborghini did not directly respond to the Raymond Group MD.
