One of the best feelings for any employee working for a company is when their efforts are noted and rewarded for their hard work. Such rewards and perks boost the morale of employees and make them give their 100 percent. Recently, a video has been shared online in which a Haryana-based pharmaceutical company owner was seen gifting his employees a few Kia Sonet SUVs. Prior to this, during Diwali this year, he gifted 51 cars to his employees.
The video in which the owner of this pharmaceutical company gifts his employees new cars has been shared on Instagram by ProPunjabTV on their page. It starts off with the owner of the company mentioning that the down payments for these cars have been paid by the company as a bonus to their employees. Also, the EMIs for these cars are paid by the company itself.

In addition to this, the owner also highlighted that the company provides each employee Rs 2,500 for fuel as well. This particular amount is given to employees for their personal usage, and if they use their vehicles for official work, then they are paid separately. Apart from this, the owner added that they previously used to buy vehicles under the firm's name.
However, they now let their employees buy the cars in their names. In this particular video, we can note that three brand-new Kia Sonet sub-compact SUVs have been gifted to the employees of this company. We can note that all of the employees who have received these cars were very happy.

Most people who see this video will be wondering which company is offering its employees so many perks. Well, the name of this company is MITS Group of Companies. It has interests in pharmaceuticals, digital entertainment, e-commerce, and many other industries.
The man seen in the interview above is MK Bhatia, Founder and Chairman of MITS Group. Today, he oversees 12 companies under the MITS Group of Companies. Bhatia’s success story is just like what we have seen in movies. Back in 2002, he went bankrupt due to his medical shop failing. However, in 2015, he founded MITS Group of Companies, which now employs hundreds of people.
This is not the first time that MK Bhatia and MITS Group of Companies have gifted their employees new cars. As a Christmas gift to six of its employees, the company has gifted them six brand-new Nissan Magnite SUVs. The owner of the company handed over the keys to their new Magnites to each employee personally.
Prior to this, he handed over the keys to 51 brand-new cars earlier during Diwali this year. A total of 51 SUVs, including the Mahindra Scorpio, Tata Punch, and many others, were gifted by the owner of the company to top-performing employees of the MITS Group of Companies. Every year during Diwali, the company gifts its top-performing employees bonuses, cars, and other vehicles to appreciate their hard work.
