No matter how affordable or how expensive a car is, most Hindu families, after purchasing a new car, welcome it into the family with proper Hindu rituals. Generally, at the end of the ritual, a coconut is cracked in front of the vehicle for good luck, but recently, this coconut-cracking procession almost damaged a brand-new Rs 4.5 Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica, and a video showing this has now gone viral online.
The video in which this nerve-racking moment took place has been shared on Instagram by Vardhan Vogue on their page. In this short clip, we can see a woman holding a coconut with a lighted camphor on top and doing an “Aarti Nivaran” by moving it in a circular motion in front of the Lamborghini.

Soon after this, the “Pandit” standing on the side tells the woman to crack open the coconut. For this, she first removes the camphor from the coconut and then throws it with full force on the ground to open it up. As a result of this action, what happens is that the coconut, after splitting into two, gets thrown over the front splitter of the Huracan Tecnica.
Thankfully, nothing happened; however, if the coconut had not broken up and had directly hit the Lamborghini, the paint of the vehicle might have gotten damaged. We can note that the woman was also shocked after this happened.
This particular Lamborghini belongs to Vardhan Vaigandla, who is the director of Virtusa Life Spaces, a real estate company. He was gifted this Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica worth Rs 4.5 crore back in December of 2024. At the time of the delivery, an elaborate event was organized by Lamborghini in Hyderabad at a hotel. The entire family arrived to take delivery of this supercar.
Vaigandla’s Huracan Tecnica is finished in the classy shade of Blu Astraeus, which is a deep blue color. Other notable highlights of this particular Huracan include matte grey 21-inch alloy wheels with yellow calipers. On the inside, it also gets a fully black Alcantara interior with yellow stitching, which gives it a subtle contrast.
The Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica is the last iteration of the Huracan before it was replaced by the latest model, Temerario. This mighty supercar comes powered by a massive 5.2-litre NA V10 motor. This engine is capable of producing 640 bhp and 565 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h.
Apart from the Lamborghini, Vaigandla also owns a Ford Mustang finished in red color. The Mustang is one of the most popular muscle cars in India, and it comes equipped with a 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine, which is also known as the Ford Coyote V8 motor. It is capable of producing 395 bhp and 515 Nm of torque. What makes it even more fun to drive is that all the power is sent to the rear wheels.
