A lot of Indian people who do not live in India follow all the traditions. These people love their heritage and have a deep religious connection. Recently, one such Indian-origin woman doctor living in South Africa followed the Hindu tradition of seeking blessings for a new car after taking its delivery. This woman was seen welcoming her brand-new Porsche 911 supercar with proper Hindu rituals after taking the official delivery at the Porsche showroom.
The images and video showing the Hindu ritual welcome of the Porsche 911 have been shared on Instagram by Dr. Kiara Rampaul on her page. In these images, the woman doctor was seen at the Porsche Centre Umhlanga in South Africa. She was handed over a bouquet, after which the cover was taken off her brand-new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS supercar.

After posing with her new Porsche and her parents in the new car, the vehicle received a proper Hindu ritual welcome. In the short video shared, we can note that the vehicle was taken to a temple, where it can be seen that the front truck of this supercar was and an idol of “Lord Ganesha” was kept.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, a Hindu “Pandit” first lit a lamp with camphor and started doing the “Aarti” of the front wheel. He then placed one burning camphor on the ground and asked the woman owner of this Porsche supercar to follow him. As for the woman, she was holding a pumpkin with another burning camphor, and she then copied the “Aarti” style of the “Pandit.”
Next up, the pandit then repeats the same process for the cabin of the vehicle, and the woman also follows his lead. In the clip, the woman can be seen performing the “Aarti” with the pumpkin in front of the cabin of her new supercar. Finally, the post ends with an image of the newly bought Porsche 911 Carrera GTS and 718 Boxster Spyder GTS.

The Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS in the Indian market starts at Rs 2.77 crore. Meanwhile, the 911 Carrera starts at Rs 1.99 crore. Powering the Carrera 4 GTS is a flat 6-cylinder motor, which is capable of producing 533 bhp and 610 Nm of torque. The “4” in the name Carrera GTS highlights that it gets an AWD system.
As mentioned above, no matter how affordable or expensive a car is bought by a Hindu family in India, generally most families perform similar Hindu rituals. Now, even though these rituals generally are harmless and are only meant to seek the blessings of gods and goddesses, recently a video became viral in which a Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica worth Rs 4.5 crore almost got damaged.
What happened in this viral video was that the mother of the owner of this Lamborghini was trying to break a coconut in front of the vehicle. It was noted that the broken coconut ended up hitting the front lower portion of the bumper of this supercar. Thankfully, nothing was damaged, and the rituals were completed.
This particular Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica is finished in the classy shade of Blu Astraeus, with matte grey 21-inch alloy wheels and yellow calipers. On the inside, it also gets a fully black Alcantara interior with yellow stitching, which gives it a subtle contrast.
