The six-time Member of Parliament, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, is considered one of the most powerful politicians in India. Like many other politicians, he also loves large SUVs - especially Toyotas. Recently, a video has gone viral online in which the popular politician was seen walking with his dog in front of his extensive SUV collection consisting of many Toyota Fortuners, Land Cruisers, and others.
This video showing Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s SUV collection at his residence has been shared on Instagram by Rishikesh Prajapati on their page. It starts off with the politician walking with a short stick in his hand for his dog, who was excited to walk with him. In the background, we can note the long line of SUVs parked under the sheds.
The first vehicle was a Toyota Fortuner with what appears to be a number of garlands. Next to it was Singh's brand-new Toyota Vellfire, which he recently took delivery of. Following this, we can note that there is a Land Cruiser LC200 and a Lexus LX570 luxury SUV. Then there are three Fortuners (one Legender and two standard models).
Moving ahead, there are two identical white-colored Land Cruiser LC300 SUVs, followed by another Toyota Fortuner. Just after these is a white Mercedes-Benz GLS and a white Toyota Fortuner with a Ford Mustang-style grille. Then there are four more Toyota Fortuners and a white-colored MG Comet EV.
As mentioned above, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is a six-time Member of Parliament from the Bharatiya Janata Party. Over the years, he has gained a lot of power. Despite being accused of and there being proof of sexual harassment during his tenure as the President of the Wrestling Federation of India, he was never acquitted. Over his career, he has 38 cases against him.
Earlier in August of this year, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh bought the white Toyota Vellfire seen in the video above. And just a week later, after the delivery of the Vellfire, he also bought himself a white-colored Land Rover Defender 110 as well.
The Toyota Vellfire is one of the most luxurious premium MPVs in India. It is priced at Rs 1.32 crore (ex-showroom). Powering the Vellfire is a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine paired with a strong hybrid system. It generates around 193 PS and 240 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to an e-CVT gearbox.
As for the Land Rover Defender bought by the politician, it is unknown which exact variant he has opted for. It is believed he has chosen the 3.0-litre turbocharged diesel option. This SUV starts at Rs 1.05 crore (ex-showroom) and goes all the way up to Rs 2.9 crore (ex-showroom).
In addition to owning these luxury SUVs and MPVs, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh also owns not one but several helicopters. His latest acquisition is a saffron-colored, five-seater R66 model helicopter, which was acquired early this year for a cost of around Rs 11 crore. He reportedly also owns a private jet as well.
