Indian actress Mirnalini Ravi works primarily in Tamil and Telugu films. Having made her debut in the 2019 movie Super Deluxe, Mirnalini is known for her roles in Gaddalakonda Ganesh, Champion, Enemy, and Cobra. She is quite big on Instagram with over 1.8 million followers at the time of writing. The actress has now taken delivery of a brand-new Mahindra BE6 electric SUV. It isn’t, however, a regular BE6., but a limited-run Batman Edition- one of the 999 units ever made! She’s become the first Indian actress to do so.

Mirnalini shared pictures of the new SUV as stories on her Instagram. One of them shows a video of her driving the EV out of the dealership. Her dad can also be seen filming her from a different angle. The Instagram stories also show that the actress’ Batman edition BE6 has a metal plaque that reads ‘005’ (the 5th of 999 units ever made).
Another post shared on her Instagram handle shows the actress posing with the Batman edition BE6, wearing a Batman-themed T-shirt. In it, we can also see a DC-branded, Batman-themed car perfume, that is likely to have come with the car.

Mahindra launched the BE6 Batman edition at the Freedom NU event in August this year. The limited-run, Batman-themed electric SUV had an ex-showroom price of Rs 27.79 lakh. Initially, the production of this special edition was limited to just 300 units.
The Batman edition BE6 witnessed strong demand here, eventually leading to the carmaker extending its production count to 999 units. Even after this, all units got sold out in no time. We have seen many, including cricketers, adding it to their respective garages. Deliveries began in September.
The biggest highlight of the BE6 Batman edition is its exclusive Satin Black colour. The EV gets multiple Batman and Bat logos at various places in its design. Gold-coloured details are also present. The overall shape and design remain the same as those of the regular BE6. The unique paint scheme and Bat-themed details have, however, boosted its visual appeal.

The Batman Edition BE6 has a dark-themed cabin with tasteful Alchemy Gold accents in places like the steering wheel, electronic parking brake, and the key fob. The Shroud that runs around the driver is finished in Brushed Gold, and the seats come wrapped in Charcoal leather and Suede with contrast stitching. Several ‘Bat logos’ can be seen inside as well. The infinity roof has a signature Dark Knight emblem, the puddle lamps project ‘Bat’ logo, and the screens display it when you start the vehicle.
The feature list remains identical to what’s on offer on the top-spec variant of the standard BE6. It comes with the likes of two 12.3-inch displays- a touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster, a fixed panoramic roof with integrated lighting elements, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio with Dolby Atomos, level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car tech and more.

The Batman Edition has the same powertrain and underpinnings as the regular BE6. It is based on the INGLO platform that Mahindra developed indigenously. This high-voltage modular skateboard architecture is also found on the XEV 9e and the soon-to-launch XEV 9AS. The BE6 offers two battery pack choices- 59kWh and 79 kWh.
The Batman edition, however, comes just with the latter. This is because the limited edition is based on the range-topping variant. This BYD-sourced battery has a claimed range of 682km per charge.
The electric motor sits on the rear axle and produces 281 bhp and 380 Nm. The vehicle can do the 0-100 kph sprint in just 6.7 seconds. Mahindra has given it four driving modes- Default, Range, Everyday, and Race.
