The “City of Dreams,” Mumbai, is also the home of some of the richest people in India. So, it goes without saying that the city where most of India's billionaires reside will also have the highest number of private jets, which they use regularly to go from one place to another. Recently, a video has gone viral on the internet in which multiple private jets of various sizes and brands belonging to HNIs like the Ambanis, Adanis, and Jindals were seen at the private jet terminal in Mumbai.
The video showing the private jets of India's billionaires has been shared on YouTube by Deepak Niwana Vlogs on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger showing the numerous private jets belonging to different billionaires parked next to each other. Some of these jets were inside the hangars, while most of them were parked outside.

In the clip, the vlogger mentions that these private jets are parked in the GA (General Aviation) terminal in Mumbai. He then adds that all of these jets have different seating capacities, ranging from 5 to 50 people. In the clip, we can note a few jets belonging to Reliance Industries, the Adani Group, JSW, and Sanjeev Goenka as well.
The person recording the video also zooms in on the biggest private jet in this terminal, which was parked in a private hangar. He highlights that this particular jet belongs to Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries. He also adds that the Reliance group has the highest number of jets, around 7–8.

In this particular video, the biggest private jet was Mukesh Ambani’s. However, recently, the second-richest man in India, Gautam Adani, also bought himself a massive private jet. Adani recently took delivery of his Boeing 737 Max 8 BBJ (Business Jet) worth Rs 1,000 crore. It has been reported that he paid around Rs 35 crore for interior customization.
His Boeing 737 Max 8 BBJ features 1,025 square feet of cabin space, a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, a luxury bathroom, a lounge area, a conference room, high-speed internet, and a smart lighting system. His jet can travel 11,975 km non-stop for 14 hours and has a seating capacity of 19 passengers.

Presently, the biggest and most expensive private jet in India is owned by Mukesh Ambani. He owns a Boeing 737 Max 9 BBJ, which is slightly bigger than Adani’s jet. It costs Rs 1,261 crore and has a master bedroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a meeting room, and a lounge. This jet was delivered to him last year.

Apart from Ambani and Adani, many other business tycoons own private jets in India. These include the JSW Group’s Jindal family, who own a Gulfstream IV. Additionally, other private jet owners include the Poonawalla family, Taj Group, Essar Group, Aditya Birla Group, RP Sanjeev Goenka Group, and many others.
In addition to these, there are a number of private charter companies that also own several private jets. These jets are mostly rented by celebrities and other business tycoons who want to travel privately and quickly.
