When it comes to the security given to any individual in India, the Prime Minister gets the highest level of security in the country. The entire security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is managed by the Special Protection Group (SPG), which, for those who may not know, is an agency specifically created for this purpose. Recently, PM Modi visited Maharashtra, and a video of his security convoy, including his bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser LC200, Fortuners, and many other cars, has been shared online.
This video showing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's security convoy has been shared on YouTube by CS12 Vlogs. It starts off with two traffic police constables riding motorcycles and clearing the road. Soon after this, a Mahindra Scorpio-N with more police officers is seen doing the same, after which the main convoy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi starts arriving.
It can be noted that PM Modi was sitting in a black Toyota Land Cruiser LC200, which is bulletproof and bombproof. It was added to his fleet back in 2019. In the clip, PM Modi can be seen sitting in the front passenger seat of this SUV and waving at the people who came to see him. Soon after this, we can observe the four black bulletproof Toyota Fortuners, which are used by other SPG security guards.

Of these, two Fortuners are equipped with network jammers. Following these bulletproof Fortuners are multiple Toyota Fortuners and over a dozen Innova Crysta MPVs. Additionally, a few other cars, including Mahindra Scorpios and an ambulance, were seen in the convoy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Maharashtra.
As mentioned, the Toyota Land Cruiser LC200 in which PM Modi was sitting was added to the SPG security fleet back in 2019. This particular SUV is equipped with extremely heavy armour, which can protect it from high-calibre assault rifle attacks, such as those from an AK-47. Most likely, it has VR10 standard-level protection, which is currently the highest grade of protection for vehicles.

This SUV is also bombproof and can withstand explosives and hand grenades. Apart from these, the SUV also gets run-flat tyres, which, in case of any attack, can be driven for a distance of up to 50 km at a speed of 80 kmph. The standard LC200 comes powered by a 4.5-litre V8 diesel engine, which makes around 260 bhp and 650 Nm of torque. However, PM Modi's LC200 could also have been given a bump in power to handle the added weight of armouring.

Recently, PM Modi was also seen in an armoured Range Rover Autobiography when UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer visited India for the first time. Apart from the Range Rover, the SPG, back in 2021, also added an armoured Mercedes Maybach S650 to their convoy as well. This sedan, like the Range Rover and the LC200, is also VR10 standard certified.
Recently, a video of a huge security concern was shared online, in which all four Toyota Fortuner SUVs seen in the above video were shown getting washed at a local car wash. Many netizens on the same post highlighted that this is a massive security breach, as there were no SPG guards in the video when these vehicles were being washed.
