Prince of Rajkot Buys Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition SUV: Limited To Only 30 Units
Most of the members of royal families in India opt for ultra-luxury cars in which they can be comfortably driven around. However, the Prince of Rajkot, Jaideep Sinh Jadeja, has recently bought himself an SUV known for its off-road capabilities. The Prince of Rajkot has bought a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition worth Rs 75 lakh.
The video showing the delivery of Prince Jaideep Sinh Jadeja’s all-new Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition has been shared on Instagram by Concept Jeep Ahmedabad on their page. It starts off with the dealership employees welcoming Jaideep Sinh Jadeja and his mother. Soon after this, the Prince of Rajkot signed the paperwork for the ownership of the new vehicle.
Finally, the prince and his mother pulled off the covers from their Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. After this, Shri Kadambari Devi, mother of Jaideep Sinh Jadeja, makes a “Swastika” on the bonnet of the SUV and performs a few more Hindu rituals. The prince is then handed over the keys to his new and exclusive SUV. He then takes the driver’s seat for a short while and poses with the SUV for some pictures.
For those who may not be aware, Jeep launched the Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition back in May of this year. This particular edition is limited to only 30 units, which are now all sold out. What makes the Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition unique is the exclusive “41 Green” paint shade. This color has been inspired by the military green seen on the original Willys Jeep.
In addition to the color, the SUV also boasts ‘1941’ decals on the bonnet and on the side. Instead of “Rubicon,” it says “Willys.” Other notable highlights include powered side steps, new interior grab handles, all-weather floor mats, and front and rear dashcams. Jeep also offered buyers an option to get a Sunrider rooftop and a side ladder with a roof carrier for Rs 4.65 lakh.
Mechanically, the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition is exactly the same as the standard model. It gets the same 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine. It is capable of producing 270 hp and 400 Nm of torque. As for the gearbox, it gets an 8-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4x4 system.
The Jeep Wrangler is one of the most capable off-road SUVs. It comes equipped with an electronically disconnectable front sway bar and heavy-duty Dana44 axles with Tru-Lok. Additionally, it also gets four pre-wired auxiliary switches and Off-Road Plus mode. It also gets a performance suspension as well.
In terms of features on the inside, the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon comes with a massive 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. It also gets Nappa leather interiors, with the steering wheel and gear knob finished in the same leather.
The Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition also gets a 7-inch digital instrument gauge cluster and an 8-speaker sound system in the Unlimited variant. There is also an Alpine premium 9-speaker audio system as well
