India’s Richest MLA Parag Shah Becomes 1st Politician To Buy Rolls Royce Spectre [Video]

Politicians once led very humble lives, as the purpose of their work was to serve society. However, those days are long gone. Today, we have politicians who live lavish lifestyles and are often seen on the roads in expensive cars and convoys. One such rich politician in the country is Parag Shah. He is currently a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Maharashtra and is a real estate developer as well as a politician. As per reports, he is currently the richest MLA in the country. Like most wealthy businessmen in India, Parag Shah also owns several expensive cars, including a Rolls-Royce.

The video has been shared by CS12 Vlogs on his YouTube channel. In this video, we see a white-coloured Rolls-Royce Spectre being driven on the roads of Mumbai. The video claims that the car belongs to the richest politician or MLA in the country.

We searched online and found that Parag Shah does own a Rolls-Royce Spectre in his garage. There is even a video where his son, Manan Shah, is seen taking delivery of the same car from the dealership. In the video shared here, it is not clear whether the MLA himself was present in the car or not.

It is unlikely that the politician was in the car, as we did not see any security vehicles either in front of or behind the vehicle. The Rolls-Royce Spectre is actually a very special vehicle. It is, in fact, the British luxury car manufacturer’s first-ever electric vehicle.

Unlike many other brands, Rolls-Royce hasn’t compromised on design for its EVs. The Spectre looks similar to other Rolls-Royce models in the brand’s lineup. It continues to get the signature Rolls-Royce grille with the Spirit of Ecstasy on the bonnet. The colour of the bonnet and the grille can be customised as per customer requests. The coupe-like sloping roofline meets the tailgate of the electric car, and we can see the distinctive tail-lights of the Spectre in this post.

Just like any other Rolls-Royce or high-end luxury car, the Spectre offers a host of customisation options, and the price of the car goes up accordingly.

Usually, we have seen the Spectre equipped with features such as a starlight roof, premium leather upholstery, wooden and glass panel inserts on the dashboard, electrically adjustable seats, multi-zone climate control, and more.

Rolls-Royce cars are known for their extremely silent cabins, and the Spectre is no different. Coming to the specifications, the Rolls-Royce Spectre is powered by a 102 kWh battery pack that drives an electric motor producing 593 PS and 900 Nm of peak torque. This electric car has a claimed range of 520 km. Being an EV, the Spectre can sprint from 0–100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds, which is impressive for a car that weighs around 3 tonnes.
