Seeing a British luxury car from Rolls-Royce is already a very rare sight in India. However, seeing a Rolls-Royce at a scrap dealer is something that has not been seen before. Recently, a video has gone viral on the internet in which a used parts dealer was seen dismantling a Rolls-Royce Phantom VII luxury car worth crores. In this clip, the vehicle was seen with most of its body panels removed.
The video showing a Rolls-Royce Phantom VII being stripped down for its parts has been shared on Instagram by SKD Pratswalah on their page. In this short clip, we can note that a man was removing the signature chrome grille of this Phantom. The Spirit of Ecstasy was still attached to the grille while he was taking it out from the front end.
Soon after this, the video gives us a walkaround of this particular Rolls-Royce Phantom. It can be noted that it was hoisted on a stand and all four alloy wheels of this sedan were taken off and left on the ground. Next up, we can also observe that all four doors, including the rear suicide doors, were off the vehicle as well.

As for the interior, the front and rear seats, including the infotainment system, dashboard, and steering wheel, were still present inside the car. Most likely, in the coming weeks, the entire vehicle will be completely disassembled. It seems like this particular Phantom was deemed beyond repair due to some mechanical issue.
Due to this, it was auctioned off, and it was won by the owner of this used parts dealer. It looks like all the parts removed from this particular Rolls-Royce will be sold across the country or to people looking for Phantom parts from other countries. Generally, buying new parts for a Rolls-Royce car costs a lot of money, so a few people prefer to get used parts and refurbish them to save money.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom seen in the video is the seventh-generation model. When it was new, it was priced at Rs 4.5–5.10 crore. It came equipped with a massive 6.8-litre V12 engine, which was capable of generating 460 bhp and 720 Nm of peak torque. Actor Chiranjeevi still owns his black Rolls-Royce Phantom VII, which was gifted to him by his son Ram Charan.

Seeing a Rolls-Royce at a spare parts dealer is one of the rarest occurrences. However, what is also very rare is seeing a Rolls-Royce at a local workshop getting a suspension change. A little while ago, a video was shared online in which a Rolls-Royce Ghost Series I was seen getting its front left air suspension replaced at a local workshop.

Over the years, a number of Bentleys, including Bentaygas, Flying Spurs, and Continental GTs, have also been seen getting repaired at local dealerships. A lot of the time, this is done by owners to get the car fixed quickly without spending a fortune by sending it to the dealership.
