He is driving his Defender and he is probably enjoying music while he drives it. He probably posted it as a fun video but the viewers caught something that the actor didn’t. The viewers realised that the actor was driving the car on a public road and he was not wearing his seat belt.
He was driving through a narrow road probably close to the driving location but, he was clearly on a road and he was not following the rules.
