Today, a lot of people want to buy SUVs, but they have a very limited budget. In most cases, this budget is under Rs 10 lakh. Now, if you are also someone who is looking to buy an SUV in this budget in the coming months, then you have come to the right spot. The Fronx Hybrid will be one of the most important launches from Maruti Suzuki. Its main highlight will be the new series hybrid setup, which will be based on the 1.2-litre Z12E petrol engine. It has been reported that it could deliver a fuel efficiency of around 35 kmpl. The facelift will also offer a larger touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, and Level 2 ADAS. It is expected to launch around the festive season of 2026 and could be priced in the range of Rs 10 to 15 lakh.

Most likely, it will use the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine which currently powers the Amaze sedan. This SUV is expected to become one of Honda's most important products in India.

Renault is also working on a brand-new compact SUV called the Bridger. This SUV is expected to be launched in 2027, with its price in the range of Rs 8 lakh to Rs 13 lakh. The Bridger will be positioned between the Kiger and the upcoming Duster in Renault's lineup.
