Renault, as part of its new strategy, has decided to launch new and updated models in the market, and the Duster is one of the first products under this plan. In the coming years, Renault aims to establish itself as a serious player in the highly competitive Indian car market. Here, we have a list of nine such Renault cars that the brand is expected to launch soon.
While Renault has started deliveries of the Duster, it has not officially launched the hybrid version of the SUV yet. The company has already started accepting bookings and has indicated that the Duster hybrid will be launched around the festive season this year.

The Duster hybrid uses a 1.8-litre naturally aspirated petrol strong-hybrid engine that generates around 160 PS. It is claimed to be an extremely efficient system, with the ability to run in EV mode up to 80 percent of the time in city conditions.
Renault’s entry-level MPV, the Triber, is all set to finally receive a turbo-petrol engine. This was a much-awaited update and has been made possible by Renault’s RGEP platform for entry-level models.

As part of the update, Renault will also offer an underbody CNG tank with the Triber, paired with the same turbo-petrol engine seen on the Kiger and Duster. The updated Triber Turbo is expected to be launched around Diwali this year.
Renault recently unveiled its sub-4-metre SUV concept, the Bridger. It is a boxy, muscular-looking SUV with a decent list of features. It has been developed by Renault’s India team in Chennai and will be manufactured in India for both domestic and international markets.

The Bridger is being developed as a true multi-energy vehicle, which means it will be offered with petrol, turbo-petrol, hybrid, and even EV powertrains. Renault aims to launch the Bridger around the festive season next year.
Renault will also launch a CNG version of the Bridger. It is expected to use the new underbody CNG tank technology that Renault recently unveiled.

Currently, Renault offers CNG options at the dealership level, but with this new underbody setup, the brand aims to provide a more reliable, convenient, and efficient solution. The Bridger CNG is expected to be launched around the same time as the standard model.
The next SUV from Renault for the Indian market will be a 7-seater based on the Boreal. Although it shares its platform with the Duster, the Boreal features a completely different exterior design and is longer, taller, and wider. It also has a slightly longer wheelbase, which helps accommodate the third row of seats.

It is expected to be offered with the same 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine as the Duster, producing 163 PS and 280 Nm of torque. The Boreal is likely to be launched around the festive season this year.
Just like the Duster, Renault is also planning to introduce a hybrid version of the Boreal. It will use the same 1.8-litre petrol engine paired with a strong-hybrid system.

Renault is likely to follow the same strategy as the Duster, launching the non-hybrid version first, followed by the hybrid variant at a later stage. The Boreal Hybrid is expected to be launched in early 2027.
Renault’s RGEP platform for entry-level models means that existing cars in the lineup will also receive updates. Just like the Triber, the Kiger is expected to get a generation update.

Along with the turbo-petrol engine, customers are also likely to get a factory-fitted CNG option. The updated Kiger, including the turbo CNG variant, is expected to arrive by 2028.

Renault is currently working on the Bridger SUV, with the ICE version expected to launch next year. Since the Bridger is based on a true multi-energy platform, it will also be offered in hybrid and fully electric versions. Renault is expected to introduce the hybrid and EV versions of the Bridger by 2029.
