
Tata Motors recently managed to overtake Hyundai Motor India Limited to become the country's second-best-selling automaker in the month of April. Now, it looks like Tata Motors is planning to hold on to this position for a while, as it is planning to launch a number of facelifts and new models in the country. Today, we are presenting you with the list of all the Tata Motors cars which will be launching this year.

The Tata Sierra has become a sensation in India, and now, to increase its sales even more, the company is gearing up for the launch of its EV version, the Sierra.ev. Earlier, it was reported that the company would be launching it on May 22nd. However, its launch has now been pushed back. It is now expected to make its debut between July and September 2026.
Once launched, the Sierra.ev will be sitting between the Curvv.ev and Harrier.ev in Tata’s lineup. As for its rivals, it will be taking on the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6, MG ZS EV, and Maruti e Vitara. The Sierra EV will be based on Tata’s acti.ev+ architecture, and it has already been confirmed that it will get both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive options.
Lower variants are expected to get a single-motor setup, meanwhile, higher variants could come with dual motors and AWD. Battery pack details have not been officially revealed yet. However, reports suggest that it could use 55 kWh and 65 kWh battery packs. The bigger battery version is expected to offer around 500 km of claimed range. Pricing is expected to be around Rs 15 to 25 lakh.
In terms of features, the Sierra.ev is expected to get a triple-screen dashboard layout with a digital instrument cluster, large infotainment touchscreen, and passenger-side display. Other expected features will include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, premium audio system, connected car technology, and ADAS features.

Another major launch from Tata Motors will be the Safari.ev. This SUV is expected to arrive during the festive season of 2026, and it will become Tata’s flagship electric SUV. It will also become the company’s first three-row EV and, once launched, will directly take on the Mahindra XEV 9S, which has become very popular in India.
The Safari.ev will share its platform and powertrain options with the Harrier.ev. It will be based on Tata’s acti.ev+ architecture, and it is expected to get 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery pack options. There are reports that it could get an 80 kWh battery pack as well, and the maximum range could be around 550 to 600 km. The standard variants will most likely get the rear-wheel-drive setup, meanwhile, the higher variants may offer dual-motor AWD like the Harrier.ev.
In terms of features, the Safari.ev is expected to get TiDAL architecture, which will provide it with OTA updates, a 540-degree camera, summon mode, improved ADAS features, auto park assist, and also UPI-based in-car payment systems. Pricing of the Safari.ev is expected to be around Rs 22.5 lakh to Rs 30 lakh.

For a lot of people who want to buy an affordable EV that can offer them practicality, the upcoming Tiago.ev facelift will be a very good option. This time around, Tata Motors will discontinue the smaller 19 kWh battery pack and make the 24 kWh battery standard. Along with it, a new 30 kWh battery pack option will be introduced.
This bigger battery pack is expected to deliver around 366 km of claimed range. The updated model is also expected to use new prismatic battery cells, which will be sourced from Gotion. These cells will be more energy-dense than the current cylindrical cells. Apart from this, the Tiago.ev facelift is expected to get Tata’s new 6-in-1 i-drive motor, which will be borrowed from the Punch.ev.
This motor will produce around 80 to 88 PS and 140 Nm of torque. We can also expect faster DC charging support above 50 kW. As for the design updates, they will include slimmer headlamps, revised bumpers, new alloy wheels, and updated tail lamps. On the inside, the hatchback could also get a larger touchscreen, a fully digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger, a sunroof, and a 360-degree camera. Pricing will start from around Rs 8.5 lakh, and it will be launched in the next two months.

In addition to the Tiago.ev facelift, Tata Motors is also planning to launch the updated iteration of the Tigor.ev. This electric sedan is expected to receive the same major mechanical upgrades as the Tiago.ev. The Tigor.ev facelift is expected to offer over 350 km of real-world range and more performance when compared to the current model.
In terms of design, the updated sedan is expected to feature a redesigned front fascia with slimmer LED DRLs and revised bumpers. Like the Tiago.ev, on the inside, Tata is expected to offer a larger 10.25-inch infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and wireless charging. It is expected to make its debut after the Tiago.ev in the second half of 2026, and its pricing will likely start from around Rs 13 lakh.

Tata Motors is also preparing to enter the premium luxury EV segment with its Avinya X EV SUV. This futuristic electric SUV concept was showcased at the Bharat Mobility Auto Show 2025. It has been reported that it will be sold under Tata’s new luxury EV sub-brand, Avinya.
The Avinya X will feature a completely different design language compared to current Tata models. It will boast coupe-like styling, T-shaped LED headlights and taillights, and a very futuristic appearance. On the inside, the SUV is expected to offer a minimalistic premium cabin inspired by luxury SUVs like the Range Rover.
We can expect features such as a minimalistic cabin, large touchscreens, Level 2+ ADAS, ventilated and massaging seats, a panoramic sunroof, a powered tailgate, and a 360-degree camera. The Avinya X will use Tata’s all-new EMA platform, which will support ultra-fast charging and offer up to 500 km of range with less than 30 minutes of charging time. Pricing could range between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 40 lakh.

Last on this list is the Tata Punch Flex Fuel. Tata Motors showcased this SUV at Auto Expo 2025, and it has recently been confirmed that its first flex-fuel vehicle will launch by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
The Punch Flex Fuel will use a modified version of Tata’s 1.2-litre petrol engine. It will be capable of supporting ethanol blends from E20 up to E100. Tata has reportedly added revised injectors, corrosion-resistant fuel lines, ethanol sensors, and ECU recalibration to support high ethanol content.
