Tata recently launched the updated Tiago hatchback in the market. Detailed walkaround videos of the same are also available online. The price of the updated Tiago starts at ₹4.69 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes all the way up to ₹8.55 lakh (ex-showroom). The hatchback is available in Smart, Pure, Pure+, Pure+A, Creative, and Creative+ variants. Among these, the Pure+ is probably one of the most value-for-money variants. Here, we have a detailed walkaround video that shows what the Pure+ variant offers.
The video has been shared by Fuel Injected on their YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger gives a quick walkaround of the Tiago Pure+ variant and explains all the features that it offers. The Pure+ variant is available in both petrol and iCNG versions, with manual and AMT transmission options. The price for the Pure+ variant starts at ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes all the way up to ₹7.55 lakh (ex-showroom).
The vlogger starts with the front end of the Tiago. It gets a revised front grille with a gloss-black nose section and the Tata logo on it. The revised headlamps get halogen lights, and the muscular-looking bumper gets a sparkle effect on the cladding. The hatchback features an aggressive-looking bumper with black cladding and a large black air dam.
Coming to the side profile, the hatchback gets 14-inch steel rims with black wheel covers. There is cladding around the wheel arches, electrically adjustable ORVMs, a shark-fin antenna, LED tail lamps, and more. The Tiago does not get a connected LED light bar at the rear; instead, that section is finished in gloss black. There are parking sensors and a reverse parking camera at the rear. We also get a rear defogger in this variant.

On the inside, the Tiago gets a dual-tone cabin with fabric seats, an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), traction control, hill-hold control, a 4-speaker sound system, a front 65W USB Type-C charging port, a tyre-pressure monitoring system (TPMS), speed-sensing door locks, and more.
The video also shows how the cabin of the Tiago now feels more upmarket because of these changes. There is a manual handbrake, a multifunction twin-spoke steering wheel, a driver’s seat with manual height adjustment, a new manual gear shifter, and a rotary selector for the AMT variant. It also comes with remote central locking and other convenience features.
Coming to the engine, the Tata Tiago comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 85 bhp and 113 Nm of peak torque. The iCNG version of the car uses Tata’s twin-cylinder technology and generates 74 bhp and 96.5 Nm of torque. Both petrol and CNG versions of the Tiago are available with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
The Pure+ variant of the Tiago facelift is a value-for-money option for those looking for a small hatchback with ample space and a decent number of features. The Tiago offers all the essential convenience and safety features without a steep price tag.
